Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed for a direction to Court below for early disposal of Mutation Appeal No. 78 of 2006 (Mohd Saleem and another Vs. Gulam Mustafa and another) within stipulated period.
Petitioner in present writ petition is O.P. No. 1 in the Mutation Appeal pending before learned Judge Small Cause Court, Allahabad and no interim injunction is operating against him Therefore, this Court find no good reason to issue any direction to learned Judge Small Cause Court, Allahabad as prayed by the petitioner. However it is expected that the Court below shall decide the suit expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of.
