This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 14-7-2014 in I.A.No.897 of 2014 in O.S.No.16 of 2006 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.
On 25-9-2014, the case was adjourned as the counsel for the petitioners was unable to state the facts properly. Today, at the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.4402 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
