Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.
By the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following relief:
"a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to decide the appeal No. 201813000000578 of the petitioner expeditiously."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the second respondent-Additional Commissioner, Moradabad Division Moradabad, to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
