Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Notice on behalf of respondent no.1 has been accepted by Assistant Solicitor General of India whereas Sri Sudhanshu Srivastava has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.2. Learned Standing Counsel is representing respondents no.3, 4 and 5.
After advancing his arguments at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a prayer that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after the revision filed by him, before the Revenue Court against the order of S.D.M. passed under Section 67(a) of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, is decided.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed.
