The applicant - writ petitioner has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:-
"3(A) That the Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue suitable order/directions to fix up a date for early hearing of the main petition.
2. The applicant - writ petitioner has prayed for directions to the respondents to appoint him either as full time permanent Guide or as a full time permanent Peon from 1.5.2007 in light of the GR dated 1.5.2007.
3. In view of the fact that several other old and senior matters in time are pending on the cause list for Final Hearing and such matters involve the claims by senior citizens and/or by terminated/retired employees for pension and other retiral benefits, reinstatement, etc. at this stage, the relief, as prayed for, by the applicant in present application does not deserve to be granted as it would amount to granting preferential and out of turn hearing to the applicant, who has prayed for relief in the nature of regularization as full time employment. The petitioner is already in employment and seeks further benefit in light of the GR dated 1.5.2007. The writ petition has been admitted in July-2009. Therefore, at this stage, the application is not accepted. It is, however, be open to the petitioner - applicant herein to prefer appropriate application, after reasonable time.
With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
