During the course of hearing of this appeal, our attention was drawn to the fact that the learned Single Judge called for an explanation from the learned District Judge, Valsad, regarding the allegations of the appellant that his appeals are not being registered. Office is directed to place that explanation given by the learned District Judge, Valsad, before us on 24th December, 2012.
