JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Place the matter for hearing on 3rd December 2012. In the mean time, the order of status quo that was granted by the learned Single Judge on 19th March 2012 will continue, and at the same time, there will be stay of all the further proceedings in two appeals before the District Judge. At the same time, Mr.Marshall's client is directed to place the memorandum of appeal, which was not entertained by the learned District Judge.
Direct service is permitted.
