JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court today passed order leave to add Joint Charity Commissioner, Surat, as respondent in civil application No.3612 of 2012. In fact that was to be passed in the main matter. Hence it is hereby ordered that leave to amend is granted to add Joint Charity Commissioner, Surat, as party respondent in main matter being Special Civil Application No. 3458 of 2012. Same shall be carried out forthwith.
