1. As learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants had expired, Registry was directed to issue Notice upon the appellants informing them that as their advocate has expired, they are required to make alternative arrangement and/or engage another lawyer, making it returnable on 10/05/2012.
2. It is reported that the appellants are already served with the Notice. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the appellants. Hence, it appears that the appellants are not interested in proceeding further with the present second appeal. Under the circumstances, the present second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
