The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the Recall Application filed by the petitioner on 20.1.2018 for recalling the order dated 26.3.2011 under section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 was not being decided and only dates were being fixed. He, therefore, prays that the Recall Application be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur shall decide the Recall Application filed by the petitioner on 20.1.2018 within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
