Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha concerned and Sri Abhishek Shukla, the learned standing counsel have raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, petitioners have alternative / statutory / efficacious remedy of preferring a revision before the Collector concerned under Section 67(5) of the Act.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative / statutory / efficacious remedy.
