The petitioner is aggrieved by carrying of high tension electricity lines over his agricultural land.
The submission is that by conducting a new survey, the course of the original line has been changed affecting the land of the petitioner.
There is no material on record to establish that previously some other different route for laying the high tension electricity lines was approved and that it has been changed subsequently.
The petitioner has no right to object to the carrying of high tension electricity lines over his agricultural land at best he is entitled to compensation for any damage or loss which may be caused to his crops on the land.
In view of the above, we find no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed.
