This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Nawabganj, Bareilly to decide the Case No. 2236 of 2016 arising out of Crime No. 32 of 2016, State vs. Baburam and others, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 504 I.P.C., Police Station- Nawabganj, District- Bareilly pending in the court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Nawabganj, Bareilly within stipulated time.
The trial court is directed to decide aforesaid case expeditiously.
