After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some technical mistake inadvertently some of the respondents who are not party in the suit have not made party in the present petition, and requests that present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
Learned State Counsel has no objection to the said request.
In view of the abovesaid facts, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
