Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset, submits that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh annexing the relevant Scheme under which the petitioner is entitled for compensation.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
