Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 1255 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T201802030401255) Smt. Gulab Devi Vs. Ram Chandra & Ors., under Section 116 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Handia, Allahabad, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 1255 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T201802030401255) Smt. Gulab Devi Vs. Ram Chandra & Ors., under Section 116 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Handia, Allahabad, shall be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
