Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and perused the record.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.800 of 2012, New Case No.130 of 2016, Computer Case No.T201602030404512 (Smt. Gulab Devi Vs. Vijaybhadur Singh), filed under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that mutation case has been filed by the petitioner for mutating her name over the land in dispute on the basis of sale deed executed in her favour by Vijay Bahadur Singh vide sale deed dated 18.08.2012. Immediately, thereafter, she applied for mutation of her name on 02.09.2012 which has not yet been decided till date.
Under these circumstances, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Handia, District Allahabad to decide the application of petitioner for mutating her name as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of computerized copy of this order.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order. .
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
