Earlier petitioner has approached this Court through Writ-C No. 25397 of 2016 wherein a direction was given to the Tehsildar to comply the order of Sub Divisional Magistrate. The said writ petition is still pending.

For the same cause of action petitioner has again rushed to this Court. Second writ petition for the same cause of action is not maintainable.

Dismissed, accordingly.
