Petitioner is presently working in the U.P. Industrial Cooperative Association Limited. He has approached this Court with the grievance that promotional pay scale in terms of the applicable government order has not been paid to him. A grievance has also been raised with regard to denial of salary for certain period. Representation in that regard appears to have been made to the competent authority, but a decision is not taken, hence this writ petition.
Sri Satyam Singh states that the claim of the petitioner would be examined in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to examine petitioner's claim with reference to applicable government order, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him.
It goes without saying that the benefits which are found due and payable to the petitioner would be extended to him without further loss of time.
