Heard Mr. Lal Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents-1 and 2 in person.
At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of present writ petition. Since no order has been passed against petitioner, therefore, present writ petition is not maintainable.
When confronted with above, learned counsel for petitioner could not overcome the same.
Application is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable, at this stage.
