1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No.04 of 2018 (Gulab Chandra Seth Vs. Roli Seth & Others), under Sections-8 Hindu Minority & Guardianship Act, 1956 I.P.C., Police Station-Chauri, District-Bhadohi, pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District-Bhadohi.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, keeping mind the fact that the proceedings are under Section 8 of Hindu Minority & Guardianship Act, 1956 and the further assertions made by the applicant, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
