JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 39
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 17962 of 2018 Petitioner :- Gulab Chand Yadav Respondent :- Director General (Mahanideshak )And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Manvendra Nath Singh,Vinod Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble B. Amit Sthalekar,J. Hon'ble Jayant Banerji,J.
Heard Sri V.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 13.2.2018/6.3.2018 whereby he has been transferred from District Chandauli to District Budaun. The ground for transfer is mentioned in the impugned order itself which shows that the persons who are posted in excess of the sanctioned post are being transferred out. From the impugned order, we find that the order has been passed in administrative exigency and therefore, we do not find any illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.
The writ petition lacks merit and accordingly stands dismissed.
