Sri Daya Shankar, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
