Heard Mr. Vinod Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.c. has been filed for a direction upon the Court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 562 of 2009 (Gulab Chand Mishra vs. Shailesh Bhai) under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Rampur, District Jaunpur.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
