This writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondent no.2, Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar to decide mutation application/Case No. T- 201676577012852 within a stipulated period.
However, a perusal of the order sheet that has been enclosed as Annexure no.3 to the writ petition reveal that the matter is being adjourned before the court below on several occasions due to advocates abstaining from work.
That being the case, coupled with the fact that even the petitioner is not appearing before the court below, no such direction can be issued.
This writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
