This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.58 of 2012 of Nandyal Taluk Police Station, Kurnool district.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per information received from Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Nandyal Taluk Police Station, investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed on 16/5/2013 and the same is registered as CC.No.415 of 2013, which is pending trial before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal, Kurnool district.
4. In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies available under law to challenge the charge sheet filed.
