Gujarat vs Vinodrai

It is stated before the Court that the respondent had already taken away papers from the learned advocate for the respondent and till today, the respondent has not made any alternative arrangement of any other advocate to represent him before the Court. Learned advocate for the respondent produced on record communication dated 5.10.2012 addressed by him to the Registrar stating the very fact about taking away papers from him by the respondent. In view of this, let there be fresh notice to the respondent returnable on 10th December, 2012.
