Whether the Tribunal below committed substantial error of law in deleting the interest charged under section 234B and 234C of the Income Tax Act at the time of processing under section 143(1) of the Act on the basis of income returned under section 115JB, which is contrary to the principles laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of JOINT COMMISSIONER OF INCOME-TAX v/s ROLTA INDIA LTD reported in [2011] 330 ITR 470 [SC].
