(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel Mr.D.R.Dave appearing with Mr.M.D.Pandya submitted that pursuant to the present application he is taking instructions as to refund of amount and return of bank guarantees and whatever amount is to be refunded or bank guarantees are to be returned will be ascertained within a period of two weeks, and as far as practicable needful will be done, so that the application may be disposed on the next date or in case of necessity, argued for remaining issue, if any. Mr.Dave assured the Court that whether learned Senior Counsel, Mr.M.D.Pandya is well and available or not, he will appear and see to it that no further adjournment is required in this matter. Therefore, S.O. to 16th March 2012, as suggested by Mr.Dave.
