JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. RULE.
Mr. Alkesh Shah, learned AGP waives service of Rule for opponent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned advocate waives service of Rule for opponent No.3.
2. Ms.
Rujuta Oza, learned advocate for the applicants states that because of the reasons stated in the application, the applicants could not approach this Court in time and therefore, the delay of 502 days occurred in filing the application.
3. Mr.
Alkesh Shah, learned AGP for opponent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned advocate for opponent No.3 have no objection if the liberal view is taken by this Court and delay of 502 days is condoned.
4. Considering the averments made in the application as well as the fact that the opponents have no objection, the delay of 502 days is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute.
5. After verification, Registry may list Civil Application (Stamp) No.4224 of 2011 for admission on 13.2.2012.
