JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is moved for fixing early date of hearing of the main matter being Special Civil Application No.1369 of 2010.
Mr.Rituraj M. Meena, learned advocate for the respondent No.1 states that he has no objection if the main matter is fixed for final hearing in the month of February 2012.
In view of the above, this application is allowed. The main matter being Special Civil Application No.1369 of 2010 is fixed for final hearing on 15th March 2012.
