Gujarat vs Rema

The aforesaid matters were heard and it has been pointed out by Mrs.Swati Soparkar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the BIFR has opined that the respondent-company i.e. Rema Paper & Boards Ltd. be wound up.

However, at the time of hearing, it has been noted that even the order of BIFR was not placed on record.

The Registry is, therefore, directed to place the same on record before the next date. S.O. to 14.06.2012.
