1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs :-
(a) That the Honourable Court be pleased to direct and modify the order dated 30.03.2012 permitting the present applicant - original petitioner of SCA 3621/2012, to pay wages under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 in lieu of reinstatement.
(b) That the Honourable Court be pleased to extend the date of hearing for confirmation of interim relief qua Section 17B (Wages) from 08.05.2012 to appropriate date in the month of June, 2012.
(c ) ......."
2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The reliefs which are claimed by the applicant cannot be granted since its the discretion of the Court to stay the order of reinstatement and to direct to pay the wages under Section 17B of the I.D. Act. However, the application is misconceived and the same is hereby dismissed. However, a request to extend the time to implement the order of reinstatement is extended upto four weeks. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
