Mr.Hiren M.Modi, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator, has drawn attention to the Report filed by the Official Liquidator on 05.03.2012, wherein it has been stated that the Official Liquidator has written a letter dated 25.01.2012 to the Chartered Accountant to fix up the ratio of distribution amongst the Secured Creditors, but the Report of the Chartered Accountant is still awaited.
As over four months have elapsed after the said Report, Mr.Hiren M.Modi, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator is requested to take instructions and expedite the Report of the Chartered Accountant in relation to the ratio of distribution amongst the Secured Creditors.
