JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Munshaw, learned advocate for the applicant, has requested that the applicant may be permitted to delete the opponent Nos.4 to 6. Ms. Yajnik, learned advocate for the OL-opponent No.1, and Mr. Sandeep Bhatt, learned advocate for the opponent No.3, have no objection.
Though served, the opponent Nos.2 and 7 have not entered appearance.
Considering the nature of request and the fact that the learned advocates for the opponent Nos.1 and 3 have no objection, the applicant is permitted to delete the opponent Nos.4 to 6.
As sought for, permission to amend the cause title and implead the successful bidder/auction purchaser as party opponent is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
After the amendment is carried out, the Registry to issue notice to the newly added opponents making it returnable on 23.3.2012.
In addition to normal mode of service, Direct Service of notice is permitted.
