1. It transpires from the record that the bids were invited for the sale of the property in question of the Company in liquidation and the inter-se bidding took place on 30.4.2010, wherein respondent No.8 herein had offered Rs.138 lacs for the property in question.
2. Today, Ms. N.K. Shah, learned advocate for Mr. D.K. Puj for respondent No.8 has tendered an affidavit in reply on behalf of the said highest bidder. The same is taken on record.
3. The Official Liquidator is hereby directed to file his response after verification of the fact that as to how an offer made two years ago can be considered by this Court at this stage as the prices of the lands must have been changed. The Official Liquidator to file an appropriate report. Hence, S.O. to 7.5.2012.
