JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the applicants for restoration of Misc. Civil Application No.608/2012, which is dismissed for default vide order dated 16.03.2012 on the ground that process fees was not paid.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the present application is allowed. The prayer in terms of paragraph No2(A) is granted. The main matter being Misc. Civil Application No.608/2012 is ordered to be restored on file. Process fee will be paid by 13th April 2012. Fresh notice of rule returnable on 16th April 2012.
