1. In view of the common order dated 17.01.2012 by the learned Single Judge and the liberty expressly granted to move the Court for early hearing, the appeal from such order and the present application for condonation of delay made therein, are not pressed and not required to be entertained, as the applicants are only required to file necessary note for fixing the date of hearing. We are sure that, as and when such motion is made, the Office will list the original petition for early hearing before the appropriate Court and the applicants would be able to press the petition for hearing.
2. Accordingly, this application is disposed of without entering into the merits.
