1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"A. Your Lordships may further be pleased to allow this Civil Application permitting the applicant to join Industrial Tribunal (Ahmedabad) a party respondent no.2 in the application.
B. The Honourable Court may dispense with filing of the affidavit in support of this application."
2. Heard Mr. Patel, learned advocate for Mr. M.K. Shelat, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. A.K. Clerk, learned advocate for the respondents.
3. Considering the averments made in the application and the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicant, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to join Industrial Tribunal, Ahmedabad as party respondent No.2.
4. With these observations, this application is allowed with no order as to costs.
