Mr.Keyur Vyas, learned advocate waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, present application is allowed and the applicants herein - original petitioners are permitted to substitute the name of Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited in place of Gujarat Electricity Board - original petitioners in main Civil Revision Application No. 192 of 1997. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main Civil Revision Application.
