It appears from the earlier orders dated 12/12/1996 as well as 29/01/1997 that the opponent has been promoted to an equivalent post of Head Turner subject to the result of the Second Appeal, the present Civil Application is disposed of by observing that any further promotion and/or any steps pursuant to the impugned judgement and decree in question, shall be subject to the result of the Second Appeal.
