BELOW NOTE (Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) The Division Bench has already passed its interim order on 25.11.2011 and thereafter, there are no proceedings before us on which we need to pass any further judicial order as of now. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that this note has been wrongly placed by the Registry before the Court. It is accordingly sent back.
