JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Since the Appeal is already admitted, ad interim relief granted earlier is confirmed. However, considering the controversy involved in the matter, we deem it proper to fix the hearing of the Letters Patent Appeal No.59 of 2011 on 27th August, 2012.
Rule is made absolute.
