(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned counsel for the appellant-assessee and the respondent-Revenue jointly submitted that out of the very same judgment impugned in these appeals, Revenue has filed Tax Appeal No.966 of 2010. It would, therefore, be desirable to hear the assessee's appeals along with the Revenue's appeal. Registry to place all appeals together before appropriate court after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice.
