Notice as to interim relief returnable on 28.06.2012.
By way of ad- interim relief, the impugned award is stayed qua the direction regarding continuity of service on condition that the order of reinstatement shall be implemented within a period of 30 days from today. In case of failure to reinstate the concerned respondent- workman by the stipulated time, the interim relief shall stand vacated and it will be open to the concerned respondent to initiate proceedings under the provisions of Section 33(C)(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by way of Recovery Application claiming salary as if she is in continued in service (K.S.JHAVERI, J.) niru* Top
