Gujarat State Co-operative Marketing Federation Ltd has made this Application requesting inter alia to implead the federation as party-respondent No.7 in Special Civil Application No.3599 of 2011, for the reasons narrated in the said application.
Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and the respondents herein and on considering the disputes between the parties, request of impleading the petitioner as respondent No.7 is required to be acceded to. Petitioner shall carry out necessary amendment in Special Civil Application No. 3599 of 2011 forthwith.
Civil Application No. 7570 of 2011 stands disposed of in terms thereof .
