Rule.

Ad-interim relief in terms of para 14(B) on condition that the petitioners shall comply with the requirements prescribed under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 at the rate reflected in the document at page 50 which is the amount last paid to the respondent as wages at the relevant time.

Notice as to interim relief returnable on 24th February 2012.
