1.0 This Court on 14.06.2011 passed the following order:

"It is reported that respondents nos. 1 and 2 have expired. Hence, the appellant to take steps to bring the heirs of respondents nos. 1 and 2 on record by 22/06/2011 failing which appropriate order shall be passed. Stand over to 23/06/2011."

2.0 Inspite of the aforesaid order, learned advocate for the appellant has not taken any action in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 who have expired. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
