(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Inspite of service, none appears on behalf of the respondent.
It appears that pursuant to our order dated 25th November 2011, the appellant has already deposited the entire awarded sum with interest before the Tribunal.
Such being the position, we allow this Application by restraining the claimants from executing the award till the disposal of the Appeal. The Tribunal is directed to invest the amount that has been deposited pursuant to our order dated 25th November 2011 in any nationalized bank in a short-term deposit and should go on renewing the same until further order by the Court.
The Application is, thus, disposed of. The respondent is at liberty to file appropriate application for withdrawal of part of the amount.
