BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTE DATED 21.3.2012.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the note for speaking to Minutes. In the order dated 21.3.2012, passed in S.C.A. No.2154 of 2011 by this Court in para 4, it was stated that the purchaser has given the Bank guarantee. It is clarified that in fact, the present respondent No.1 has furnished the Bank guarantee and not the respondent No.2-purchaser. For rest part of the speaking to minute, it will be open for the petitioner to move appropriate application for clarification of the said order.
With the above observation, the Speaking to Minutes is partly allowed.
